Pranzegg is a historic farm in Kampill above Bozen/Bolzano. The steep vineyards have been managed by the Gojer family for three generations. However, since 2008 Martin and Heidi Gojer have been quietly going their own way. They decided to get rid of the market logic of globalization, which measures quality according to sugar degree and weight. Instead, Martin and Heidi Gojer have returned to the centuries-old knowledge of the South Tyrolean wine growers. As Martin Gojer says: "Together with my wife, my children, my mother and my friends and companions, I want to realize the dreams of all those who know that wine is more than just a drink." For the Gojer family, the process from cultivation to the sale must stay close to nature and remain pure, with a particular focus on location and the vintage. "We want to create original wines."
