The vinery Fliederhof can be found in the classic St. Magdalener area of origin on the hills and slopes over Bozen/Bolzano. It was mentioned for the first time in official records in 1306. In 1992, Stefan Ramoser took over the 2.4 hectares Fliederhof from his father Josef. Since then he has devoted himself to the production of autochthonous quality wines as a free wine grower. His philosophy is the production of natural, regional wines that are pressed and produced traditionally. Production is at the moment about 25,000 bottles per year. The wine variety ranges from South Tyrolean St. Magdalener Classico to South Tyrolean Lagrein and South Tyrolean Lagrein Riserva. Highly appreciated is also the rare Goldmuskateller Peperum.
