Perlhof, previously known as Oberperlhof, is a historic farm dating back to 1545, when it was first mentioned in a document. Situated on the steep slopes south of Bolzano, the unique climate conditions create an ideal setting for our wine estate. The warm air from the Bolzano basin meets the cool winds from the Eisacktal Valley, providing the perfect environment for our vines to thrive. Our wines boast exceptional flavour and quality, thanks to the combination of these climatic conditions and our quartz porphyry skeletal soils. Our motto at the Perlhof winery is to always move forward, and this ambition drives us throughout the entire wine production process, from viticulture to vinification in our in-house winery.
