Pardellerhof in Marling is a family-run winery with historic roots dating back to 1285. Surrounded by its own vineyards, Anita Mitterer and Erwin Eccli combine winegrowing with farm holidays. The mixed farm with orchards, woodland and four apartments is located quietly along the Wine Culture Trail. At 380 m they grow Goldmuskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and PIWI varieties. Around 10,000 bottles are produced annually, handcrafted and sustainably managed. From April to October the estate offers Wednesday cellar tours with tastings and a traditional snack. The farm has been family-owned since 1714. Today Anita and Erwin focus on sustainable practices and careful manual work. Their wines express origin and climate.
