The vineyards of the Garlider wine farm are situated at an altitude of between 540 and 800 metres. Since 1999, we have followed strict organic principles, making no use of any mineral-based fertilizers or pesticides. Since 2003 we also process our grapes in our own cellar vaults, utilizing large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks. Thus, we aim to obtain regionally typical wines as they used to be made. On an area of 4 hectares we cultivate Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and an excellent Pinot Noir.
